2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a server in Germany (Hostinger). When you visit, the server records technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser details. This keeps the site secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. All files, including fonts, are served from our own server; no data is sent to third parties while you browse.

4. Contact by email and WhatsApp

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use the details you send (name, contact details, message) only to answer your request and to prepare or carry out a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The contact form stores nothing; it simply opens your own email app.

Emails are processed by Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp messages by Meta Platforms. Data may be transferred to the USA; both providers are certified under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is deleted once your request is complete, unless legal retention duties apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Just write to scriptappofficial@gmail.com.
